This puppy is a purebred chinese crested and is being sold as a show
potential/breeder or pet quality. All puppies come with full or limited AKC
registration and current vaccinations. The following requirements are to be
completed in order for this be a binding and legal contract.
Buyer must take the puppy for a vet check within five (5) business days from the
date of this purchase or all guarantees are void. This guarantee is not
transferrable to anyone but the original buyer. If the puppy shows any health
problems within that five (5) day period, you must notify the seller immediately for
a replacement puppy of the same quality.

C.C. Paradise Kennels gives a one (1) year guarantee against any serious genetic
defects. Buyer is responsible for all expenses and must return the puppy back to
the seller and a replacement puppy will be given as one becomes available.
If the puppy is deceased, a necropsy is required by a certified veternarian and
those results will be made available to the seller along with a copy of all vet visits
during the puppy's first year.
If the buyer is not able to keep the puppy for any reason, buyer agrees to return
the puppy to C.C. Paradise Kennels. The seller will then place the puppy in an
approved home and the sale money will then be given to the buyer. A placement
fee will apply for placing the puppy.
Show prospects/breeder come with full AKC registration. In some cases, a
co-ownership will accompany a bitch puppy for a lower price. In this case, the
seller requires the buyer to give a puppy from the bitch's first litter to the seller.
This puppy will be "pick of the litter" to the seller. Then a transfer of full
ownership will then be given.
For a pet quality puppy, limited registration will be given to the buyer. The buyer
agrees to neuter/spay the puppy at six months of age. Under no circumstances is a
pet quality puppy to be used for breeding.

The buyer agrees to provide the following for the puppy,
Annual re-vaccinations
Yearly heartworm check and medication
One to three year rabies vaccination
Regular de-worming as your vet advises
Any necessary vet visits to maintain the health of the puppy
Buyer is responsible for all veterinary costs involved with this puppy.
Buyer has read and agrees to the above stated contract and health guarantee.
